David Attenborough
Sir David Frederick Attenborough (1926 - ) is an English broadcaster and naturalist. He is best known for writing and presenting the nine Life series, with the BBC Natural History Unit, which in total reviews the state of the Earth’s animal and plant life. He is also a former senior manager at the BBC, having served as controller of BBC Two and director of programming for BBC Television. He is the only person to have won BAFTAs for programs in each of black and white, colour, HD, and 3D. He has strongly informed and influenced attitudes to nature worldwide. His leadership is found in his dignity, grace, clear and compelling communication, systems view and value in knowledge.
